Functional training can be described as an exercise or series of exercises that require your ability to balance and while using multiple joints and muscle groups that incorporate some level of instability. This requires the use of a lot of energy (CALORIES) and muscles so you burn fat and build muscle. Perfect combination! AND, the workouts are never the same!
