GENTLE PILATES. 45 minute intro class. Want to know about Pilates? Come learn the basics of the Pilates Method focusing on core work, lengthening & strengthening your muscles. Open to all members of the Gym. Held in the Group Exercise Studio.

PILATES OPEN MAT. 55 minute multi-level Mat class designed for all levels of students. - Students must have had 3 introductory sessions, or approval of the instructor. Class size limited, Sign up is encouraged. Held in the Group Exercise Studio.

APPARATUS CLASS. 55 minute Multi level, multi equipment class. Learn to do Pilates on the Mat, Reformer, Tower, & Chairs. Class size limited, Sign up is encouraged. Students must have had 3 introductory sessions, or approval of the instructor. Held in the Pilates Studio.

TOWER CLASS. This apparatus class uses a combo of Mat & Tower exercises to really focus on your core. Stabilize yourself while you strengthen & stretch. Students must have had 3 introductory sessions, or approval of the instructor. Held in the Pilates Studio.
