Kickboxing for Health
Combines kicks, punches, flexibility, cardiovascular activity and strength training to offer a total body workout that can burn 800-1200 calories in 60 minutes!

BodyPUMP™
Designed to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups. Shape and tone your muscles and improve your overall fitness! In doing so, burn up to 600 calories for fat loss in an hour!

Zumba
Dance your way to a slender body with Zumba. You will build cardiovascular strength and tone muscles. Burn from 500-1000 calories an hour!

Cycle
A calorie-burning, energizing, personalized cardiovascular workout, with an incredible calorie burn and personal challenge-all at a self-directed pace. Burn from 500-1000 calories in an hour while rocking out to great music!

Step Aerobics
In Step you perform movements through different ranges of motion or adjusting the step cadence. Step training benefits include cardio respiratory fitness, weight management and mood enchancement. Burn 500-800 calories an hour!

Core Fusion
Most of our day to day work is centered from our core. Make it as strong as it can be!! This class will focus on moves to build core strength and balance!! Come ready to get strong!!

Cardio Bootcamp
Get ready to kick it up a notch!!!! This class will get your heart pumping with traditional boot camp style moves plus new moves for building strength and tightening that core!!

Cardio Intervals
A total body workout that will push you to meet your fitness goals by mixing cardio drills with strength training and core work. Cardio and strength in an efficient and fun one hour workout!!

Total Body Conditioning
Work from head to toe using the body bars to sculpt your whole body! Come ready to work hard and have fun! Finish up the hour working on your core!!

Yoga
Improve your flexibility, strength and body alignment. Yoga also assists in reducing stress! Great for ALL Athletes!

Pilates
Challenge your body to be strong, flexible and balanced! Work straight from your CORE!

Yogalates
This class combines the slow controlled breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of pilates. A great combo workout!!!

Tai Chi
Become relaxed, tolerant, self-confident, stronger and healthier in both mind and body.

$Bikini Body Boot Camp$
