A general health assessment and fitness evaluation is offered to all of our members. A fitness evaluation determines the level of the five health-related fitness components which are body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and aerobic capacity. Fitness improvement and maintenance is a key to longevity and quality of life. It is critical to understand your level of fitness before starting an exercise program.

We want you to be successful at Premier and achieve your highest possible fitness level with us. To help you do that, we need to start by getting to know you a little better.
So, we’ll do a health history review with you that will let us know about any health issues or concerns, any old or current injuries and any physical limitations.
We also talk about your goals, exercise habits, likes/dislikes and even why you may have failed at being consistent in the past.
Proper nutrition is critical to being healthy and losing or gaining weight. So we have you answer a few questions about your nutrition and eating plan.
